You read it right... Season's Greening from the Nelson Plant Food family. While the holidays are upon us, let us not forget all the wonderful happenings going on in the "green" areas of our homes and communities. Thanks to the well cared for trees and shrubs (using NutriStar Tree & Shrub), we get a beautiful canvas for our twinkling lights in our yards and the same enjoyment on our downtown tree lined streets. Our holly bushes are bursting with red and green for the season. Red and white cyclamen and pansies (cared for by ColorStar for flowering plants, or course) appear as peppermints, lining our walkways and flower beds. The sweet smell of rosemary plants fill the home and our favorite dishes with fragrance and flavor. Our Fall vegetable garden (using NutriStar Vegetable Garden food) has given us a bountiful harvest of our favorites, such as spinach, broccoli, cabbage, and pumpkin. Our newly winterized lawn is the perfect stage for our favorite inflatable snow man, Santa, and his 8 favorite reindeer. Our favorite park host a holiday trail of lights, tree lighting, and if we're lucky in Texas...a snow machine to boot!
As we head towards Thanksgiving, let us not forget all the simple joys of the having green elements in our life. It takes not only your efforts to keep your home landscapes beautiful, but also the hard work of many professional landscapers, growers, and retail nurserymen and women. Your favorite neighborhood park, tree lined trail, and sports field are a work of art for the those who keep it looking great.
