Kyle Field at Texas A&M in College Station. In February, 2004 the Sports Turf Managers Association, at their National Convention, awarded Texas A&M athletic field of the year. This included awards for Kyle field plus the baseball, softball and soccer fields.
Management of the turf at Kyle Field is done by the Texas A&M Athletics Maintenance Department. Nelson plant food has been providing consultation and a custom blend of plant food for the sports fields for about 20 years. This is a blend developed for the specific needs of the fields.
