Pesticide and Herbicide Impregnation
A benefit to being a custom blender is that it allows us to offer your fertilizer with the option of pesticide or herbicide impregnated on the prills. Many landscapers are often faced with the task of fertilizing AND putting out a pre-emergent herbicide for winter or summer weeds AND a pesticide to kill fire ants. Allow us to save you labor and time by impregnating your blend with these chemicals. Sometimes the soil we are working with does not have the correct amount of micronutrients to promote the healthiest turf possible. At Nelson Plant Food, we can test for and add the correct amount of micronutrients for your property or geographic service area.
